  2.     A tremendous number of SPITFIRE Sysops have asked me for copies of the
  3. batch files which I use for the Bi-Modem file transfer driver.  Therefore, it
  4. seems easiest to me just to make a permanent downloadable file which contains
  5. sample batch files to be used with SPITFIRE to make the Bi-Modem file transfer
  6. protocol available to SPITFIRE users.  The below listed files dated 03-03-93
  7. should be found in this file archive.

  9.      READ     .ME     SFEXTDN  .BBS    SFEXTBIG .BAT    BIMODEM  .TXT

  11.     These batch files were written assuming that the SPITFIRE home directory is
  12. C:\SF and the external protocol directory is C:\SF\EXTNODE1.  In the event
  13. this assumption is not correct, then you will have to make the appropriate
  14. changes.  They were also written assuming that APPENDIT (a shareware utility
  15. utility by Buffalo Creek Software) is being used. In the event you are not
  16. using APPENDIT, then the line in each batch file that executes APPENDIT will
  17. have to be deleted and then you can delete the BIMODEM.TXT file.
